Coverings - Ceramic and Tile Fair

Coverings is the largest and most-significant ceramic tile and natural stone conference and exhibition in the U.S. and North America. Coverings 2023 featured more than 1,000 exhibitors from 40 countries and is the stage for introducing some of the world’s most innovative tile and stone products.

For over 10 Years, Spuntino Catering & Events has been the go-to caterer for the Italian Pavillon - Ceramics Tiles of Italy. Every year, the fair organizers choose a different destination: Orlando, Las Vegas, Atlanta amongst many, to showcase the 5 day event.

From Breakfast to Snacks, Spuntino organizes, coordinates and delivers food, beverage and wait staff.

Artisanal Croissants, cookies, muffins, cakes and tarts (and of course our favorite KIMBO Coffee) is our typical Italian breakfast. For Lunch break, we offer a selection of Pasta, sandwiches, seafood and vegetarian platters; and to end the day we offer parmesan wheels, Italian cold cuts, artisanal bread and fruit platters with our famous chocolate covered strawberries. 5 day operation to service 1,000 guests daily.

Aria Reserve Broker Dinner

A pair of glass towers with flowing design profiles rise high above Miami’s chic Edgewater neighborhood. Directly on the shores of Biscayne Bay and surrounded by lush gardens and nature, Aria Reserve is immediately recognizable, yet feels like a private estate hidden away from the rest of the world. Expecting to open in 2025.

When we got the call to cater a private dinner here in the heart of Miami for the 70 Top South Florida Brokers and Real Estate Agents, we didn't hesitate. Gold, green and white were the colors of the evening; the mise en place, florals, the live violin player, liquor open bar, exceptional service and food contributed to a very successful night.

Art Wynwood 2023 Recap

Art Wynwood event is a one-of-a-kind chance for collectors to uncover and delve into the most distinguished galleries exhibiting contemporary, modern, and emerging art, all conveniently located in the lively Miami Dade. With over 50 top-tier galleries representing countries all around the world, it was a great pleasure for Spuntino to be the caterer of choice.

Over the 3 day event and 15,000 guest, Spuntino Catering served up an unforgettable bites, refreshing beverages, and even had Spris Pizza serving up delicious pies. We can't wait for Art Wynwood 2024!
