Picture time after blowing out the candles

To create an elegant and sophisticated atmosphere, our clients chose our beautiful and delicate rose-themed plates, complemented by a special floral centerpiece designed for the occasion, featuring soft pink and green tones to complete the unique table set up.

For this special celebration, Marianela decided to treat her guests to some exquisite Hors D'oeuvres, such as our Italian Meatballs served on Asian Spoon, the Petite Citrus Tuna Tartare on a Savory Crispy Cone, and the highly anticipated Spinach Spanakopita with turmeric aioli.

To continue this memorable evening, the guests enjoyed our curated selection of Italian cold cuts and European cheeses, served with olives, honey, and jam. As the main course, the star of the night was the Lobster Risottino with Lime.

The evening was filled with laughter and family moments, complemented by a fully stocked bar offering a variety of drinks. It all culminated with a delightful selection of desserts: mini fruit tarts, tiramisu, and vanilla and chocolate bigné. For the grand final for the private birthday catering, a special vanilla and caramel cake was served, with our staff attending to each guest with warm smiles and exceptional kindness.

May and June are the months were graduations are celebrated! Parents... Hear up!

  1. Choosing a Live Pasta Station

Parents booking graduations with Spuntino Catering are increasingly requesting interactive pasta stations, as it's a favorite for every adult/teenager or kid! Whether its pasta, gnocchi or risotto, a Chef will cook in front of the guest making it a very interactive experience for all.

  1. Custom Bar

An never-ending trend will always be customization. Parents personalizing with a photo, a phrase, an image or emoji different aspects of a bar.

From custom napkins, to menu stands, garnished and cocktails, it never gets old and adds a little thought and personalized taste to the event!

  1. Mix Passed Apps with Buffet Items

Mixing both serving styles can result in easier flow of the graduation party! Teenagers prefer to mingle around and eat a bite or two whilst chatting. Adults on the other hand, prefer to talk around a table with a plate full of a variation of delicacies! This combo, always wins!

  1. Pavlova beats any customized cake

We have come to a conclusion: pavlova is a major hit!

Parents are always more inclined to select a dessert that everyone like rather than a traditional customized cake! What do you think?

Lovers of birthday inspirations: this one is for you!

Caution: You’re at risk of a cuteness overdose! McKenzie’s first trip around the sun was a day to remember, thank you for choosing us.

  1. But First... FOOD

Opt for a casual hors d'ouevres hour or two!

Remember to give variety to your guests by choosing some meat, some seafood, some veggie and some vegan options!

Don't stop the mingling of your guests by doing a sit down or buffet station, but rather opt for a Live Station so its more interactive. Pasta Station is always a hit!

  1. CUSTOM COCKTAILS

Personalization is always better than Generalization.

Make a cute cocktail list, Name each Cocktail, name the Bar, Pick a color theme, and why not, put the babies face on each drink!

  2. THEMED TABLE SET UPS

If its a color, an animal, a vibe or a cartoon, pick a theme and make the table set up with it - Our theme was Pink & White

  1. ENTERTAINMENT

Choose your entertainment based on age, preferences and vibes.

We chose a big pink inflatable and a small farm where kids could play with bunnies, goats, pigs, chickens and our favorites... Ponys!

  2. LAST BUT NOT LEAST... FAVORS!

What kid doesn't love candies and chocolates?

And what mother doesn't appreciate a scented candle?

Opt for both to make everyone happy!

Happy Birthday Mckenzie!
