Spuntino feeds breakfast, lunch and snacks to up to 10,000 guests daily for a total of 5 days.
Spuntino has been catering to the Italian Pavillon since its founding in 2003.
Spuntino followes Coverings fair ALWAYS via road, 2-6 refri trucks are needed for such an event.
