When a yacht company partnered with us to provide daily catering on a busy marine dock, their goals were clear: high-volume service, operational efficiency, and customized menus that matched their premium brand. The challenge was significant—we successfully serviced up to 20,000 people daily in a fast-paced, non-traditional environment.

Dockside catering presents unique obstacles, from limited space to constantly shifting schedules. In addition, the client needed menu variety to accommodate repeat guests, international tastes, and dietary requirements—all without slowing down service.




Our Customized Approach

We developed a catering plan tailored specifically to marine operations, including rotating menus, clearly labeled dietary options, and dishes designed for quick, efficient service. Every menu was built to balance flavor, nutrition, and speed while remaining scalable at high volumes.

With strong logistics and a dedicated team, we executed a seamless operation even during peak periods. Despite the scale of service, we maintained consistency and quality across every meal.

To create an elegant and sophisticated atmosphere, our clients chose our beautiful and delicate rose-themed plates, complemented by a special floral centerpiece designed for the occasion, featuring soft pink and green tones to complete the unique table set up.




For this special celebration, Marianela decided to treat her guests to some exquisite Hors D'oeuvres, such as our Italian Meatballs served on Asian Spoon, the Petite Citrus Tuna Tartare on a Savory Crispy Cone, and the highly anticipated Spinach Spanakopita with turmeric aioli.





To continue this memorable evening, the guests enjoyed our curated selection of Italian cold cuts and European cheeses, served with olives, honey, and jam. As the main course, the star of the night was the Lobster Risottino with Lime.





The evening was filled with laughter and family moments, complemented by a fully stocked bar offering a variety of drinks. It all culminated with a delightful selection of desserts: mini fruit tarts, tiramisu, and vanilla and chocolate bigné. For the grand final for the private birthday catering, a special vanilla and caramel cake was served, with our staff attending to each guest with warm smiles and exceptional kindness.



Grand Opening of LEMA Showroom marked a major milestone with the debut of its first U.S. flagship store in Miami’s Design District, introduced by Linea Studio with an elegant launch event.





Guests gathered at the new showroom to experience the brand’s signature Italian craftsmanship and design philosophy, which blends innovation with timeless tradition. The evening featured Italian-inspired cocktails, exquisite canapes and saffron & liquorish risotto, red carpet moments, and a ribbon-cutting ceremony, with special guest architect Carlo Colombo in attendance. The opening signals LEMA’s continued expansion and commitment to redefining contemporary living in the global design landscape.
