For this tasting, we started with:


Petite Prosciutto di Parma & Cantaloupe Melon Mini Angus Beef en Croute - pesto drizzle Cucumber Cup with Mint, Quinoa, Grilled Asparagus Watermelon, feta cheese, kalamata olives in a skewer Petite Bruschetta with Grape Tomato, Basil and Evo


First course:


Bis of Risottino Porcini Mushrooms and Truffle & Bell Peppers and Mascarpone

Main Course:

Filet Minon (medium cooked) with Peppercorn Sauce(on side) served with potato duchess & Broccolini


And everyones favorite, the dessert station:

One of our most recent (and funnest) events was with TheArsenale, a super-cool brand, insane garage, and online marketplace dedicated to technology and design. The featured menu was an eclectic mix of both Latin and Italian-inspired fare. Some standout menu items included the refreshing cucumber cups and salty Cannolo with prosciutto Mousse.





We had the pleasure of curating a private event for Listone Giordano, known worldwide for excellence in interior design and high-end wood flooring. We had a blast catering for this event, which featured an array of light bites and dishes, especially the Atlantic salmon mousse and Chives which were a huge hit!
