A Creative Journey: Amberlyn & Jose's Symbolic Wedding in South Miami

White & Blue where the theme colors. Homely & elegance were the ambiance we needed to recreate. Roots & heritage needed to be considered.

Amberlyn & Jose had the most heart-felt, elegant and classy wedding in Amberlyn's father Estate in South Miami. After the ceremony with close family and friends, cocktail reception served small bites and passed hors d'ouevres for 100 close guests.

The dinner's key word was "Italian Coast Simplicity" so here we go:

Angus Beef Carpaccio with Dijon Mustard and Capers

Beef Wellington with red wine sauce, glazed carrots and broccoli

Mediterranean pan seared Branzino with cherry tomatoes, capers, olives served with a potato flan
