Petite Prosciutto di Parma & Cantaloupe Melon
 Mini Angus Beef en Croute - pesto drizzle
 Cucumber Cup with Mint, Quinoa, Grilled Asparagus
 Watermelon, feta cheese, kalamata olives in a skewer
 Petite Bruschetta with Grape Tomato, Basil and Evo

First course:

Bis of Risottino Porcini Mushrooms and Truffle & Bell Peppers and Mascarpone
 

Main Course:

 Filet Minon (medium cooked) with Peppercorn Sauce(on side) served with potato duchess & Broccolini
